SOUTH BEND, Indiana – South Bend-based personal injury law office Foley & Small announced today the retirement of Doug Small and the rebranding of the firm as Foley & Murphy. Founded in 1995, this transition represents a new chapter for the firm while honoring the expertise of Doug Small.

After 28 years of serving our clients, Doug Small has made the decision to retire. With immense dedication and a commitment to seeking justice for personal injury cases, Doug has been an invaluable asset to our firm.

Edmond W. “Ed” Foley, co-founder of Foley & Small, expressed his gratitude to Doug Small and discussed the firm’s future.

Joining the firm is Edward L. “Ed” Murphy Jr., a Fort Wayne-based lawyer with a special focus on medical malpractice. Previously, Ed Murphy practiced at Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP. He graduated from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1968. That same year, he was admitted to the Indiana Bar.
